| A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at time of booking to confirm reservation. The balance of 50% is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard or bank wire transfers (these can take at least 10 days to clear). Please advise at time of booking if you expect extra guests to join you during your stay, as an additional charge will be made. Usual checkout time is 11am on day of departure. In the event of hurricane or similar, we will honour the rescheduling of your booking within 18 months, subject to availability. Renter acknowledges that trip cancellation insurance has
been recommended. |
